How do I place an Order?

  • Browse through a variety of categories and sub-categories to find the item of your choice
  • Select the relevant size. Refer to the size chart for further assistance
  • Click on the “Add to Cart” Button
  • You have the option to either continue shopping and choose to add and change items in your bag.
  • Once you’re satisfied with the contents of your bag, you can proceed to check out.

Provide us with your shipping address, select a method of payment and complete the order

How do I find my size?

Refer to the size chart provided right below the “Add to Cart” option on the product page. Do take into consideration your fit and requirements before placing an order.

How can I Pay for My Order

On the Payment Options page, you will be provided with Option to pay through Online Channels such as, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, PayTM. Customer who choose any of the given Online Channels for payment, will be rewarded with a discount 10% on their order value.

How will I know if My Order is Confirmed?

A message containing the Invoice and Order Details will be sent to the E-mail Address provided by you.

A message with the order and tracking details will be sent to the Mobile Number provided by you.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. In a case, where the order has been dispatched, the customer can return the product at the time of delivery.

Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 7 Days of said cancellation.

Can I Change or Modify the Shipping Address once the order is placed?

No, such changes are not possible once the order has been placed. We request you to check your order carefully before confirming it.

Why has my order been canceled?

This is probably due to a non-availability of stock of the product you’ve ordered in the same size that you’ve requested. In such case, no cancellation fees will be charged, and a refund (in case of Pre-Paid) orders will be initiated within the next 48 Hours.

How will I Receive My Order?

All orders are dispatched within 2 workings days of the order being placed.

Your order will be delivered to your door steps within 5 to 7* days of the order being placed.

* – For Select Pin Codes delivery might take longer

How are the Delivery Charges calculated?

Delivery Charges will be applicable as follows:

  • INR 35 for any order with a Cart Value below INR 499
  • INR 45 for any order with a Cart Value between 500 and 749
  • Free Delivery for all orders with Cart Value equal to or above INR 750

How do I Track My Order?

You can track your order with the help of the Tracking Number provided to you through SMS and/or E-Mail.

Just enter the Tracking Number in the Tracking your Order Section to see your Order Status.

How do I return a Product, in case I am not satisfied with it?

In the off chance that you’re not satisfied with a product delivered to you, you can provide us with your Name, Order ID, Grievance and Contact No at within 7 days of Receipt of Order . Our executives will reach back to you within 1 working day of the E-Mail being received.

What is the Process to Return a Product?

Once your Request is processed by our customer care executives, you will receive a Shipping label via E-Mail, which you must print and attach on the Return Package*.

A Pick Up will be scheduled at your doorsteps at a time of your choosing. Just hand the package over to our executive.

*- In case of any return, the Tag and Packaging of the product must stay intact. Products with Overly Damaged Packaging, and Torn or Removed Tags will not be eligible for refunds.

How will I receive My Refund Amount?

Refund will be provided in one of the following ways at the option of the Customer:

  • Bank Transfer as per details provided by the Customer.
    • INR 150 will be deducted from the order amount for Shipping Charges in case of Pre-Paid Orders
    • INR 200 will be deducted from the order amount for Shipping Charges and COD Charges in case of COD Orders
  • An OTU (One Time Use) Coupon will be added to the customer’s bag automatically for the Total Order Amount.

When will I Receive Said Amount?

The Refund will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your Return Package.
