How do I place a return or replacement request on ?

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you can return the product to us within 07 days of the delivery. These returns are booked by us FREE OF CHARGE. If there is any issue in booking the returns , then we would request you to ship the same to us. Please note that we allow returns/exchanges only ONCE for a particular ID irrespective of the number of pieces.
  • Discounted products are non-returnable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • The garments should be in its original packaging and box as received along with its original invoice and the barcode tag attached to the garment. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. Shipping charges and COD fees will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick up location.

Why was my order cancelled by

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

  • If product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
  • We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.
